6. Prohibited Transactions

The following transactions are prohibited

• Illegal activities, including money laundering and fraud
• Financing of terrorism
• Drug trafficking
• Any transaction that violates Afghan or international laws

7. Limitation of Liability

Helmand Jahani MSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.

9. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
